Everything on this site is general information about real estate commission rebates. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not create an agency relationship. An agency relationship is created only by a signed written agreement.

Rebate terms

Rebate amounts shown are examples. The actual rebate depends on the commission actually paid in your transaction. Payment of the rebate is subject to the consent of the party the licensee represents in the transaction and to lender approval of how the credit is applied. You must register us as your agent before signing a contract, and before your first builder visit on new construction.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee any particular sale price, closing date, loan approval, or rebate amount.
